Leysin Opening Day 2008!

So the crew got together and kicked off the opening day of Leysin with a little powder and sun. KK and I picked up J and Tam at Lavauz and it was off to meet up with Al and some of the Leysin crew for first lift.


We caught about the 4th bucket up and then it was on! The crew:

As always a great weekend in CH! More snow to come this weekend...the WINTER IS ON!

Early winter snow = fun fun fun!

So a nice storm cycle moved through CH this past weekend dumping from anywhere between 30 and 100CM in the upper Valais and Vaud. KK and I woke on Satruday morning to this in GE:

KKs new skis were ready to rock so we were off!

The weather was extremely cold and windy so with limited options open in CH/IT/FR we decided to hit up Lausanne and get some shopping for x-mas done. After a day of shopping we headed to Sion, had a nice dinner, and rested for what looked to be an epic day at Zinal.

...and ready to go off! We meet up with Al and freind Matt and hit up the sick off piste!

Upon arrival home we opened a little box from Santa and were vedry excited to see what December 1st brings!!
