After a 4+ hour drive we arrived at our hotel in Marseille. A very cool place that KK picked out with a cool bathroom:

The next AM we got up to a hot sunny day with an ocean breeze and headed into town. On the way we past by the local fresh fish market....right off the boat!

Marseille is a very cool town right on the water. A little industrial but very local. We were some of the only english speakers that we saw...very cool!

After a morning of shopping it was off to the beach. Just down the road is a town called Cassis. Very cool!

Tour book shot!

On the way back:

That night we has a nice dinner on the water and relished in the fact that we are having a "weekend" in the South of FR.
Sunday was a repeat, hot and sunny. We got up in the AM and checked out. The plans were to take a trip to Aix en Provience. We arrived to find a great little town..very chill again. Nice cafes, street markets (KK hooked up here!) and a very old style town. We had lunch, checked out the street market, and just relaxed.

This place is very cool and I would reccomend it to anyone heading down to Marseille.
We arrived back to Geneva just in time to watch Spain kick Germany's butt in the Euro Final and called it an evening. Overall another great weekend in Euroland!
